1. CREDENTIALS

The PGA TOUR reserves the right to limit the number of credentials per company. The following terms and conditions applies to the PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions, and/or Korn Ferry Tour:

The number of exempt PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions, and/or Korn Ferry Tour members you are servicing under contract and the number of times your product appears on the Darrell Survey will determine the number of credentials that will be issued. Signed copies of the player agreement are required. Apparel is considered shirts, shoes, pants, headwear, and outerwear. Note: Exempt players are considered as follows: Tournament winner and special exemption categories through the Korn Ferry Tour category (PGA TOUR). Player approval is required prior to processing credentials.

The PGA TOUR will invoice $1,250.00 for each application and an additional $300.00 plus $19.50 sales tax for each approved credential. Independent apparel representatives that represent multiple companies will be charged a $1,250.00 application fee for each company. Upon receipt of payment for these approved credentials, the golf apparel badges will be forwarded to you.

Credentials are to only be used on site at PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions, or Korn Ferry Tour events when an exempt player, under contract, is in the current field.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Golf apparel credentials will be issued to full-time employees of recognized golf apparel companies, who have exempt PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions, and/or Korn Ferry Tour members under contract currently wearing apparel during competitive rounds of a PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions, and/or Korn Ferry Tour cosponsored or approved tournaments as compiled and reported by the Darrell Survey Company.

3. ACCESS (SUBJECT TO CHANGES)

* “M” provides media center access, but does not entitle credential holder to workspace in the media center, media parking or media dining.Due to space limitations in the locker room, the players and tournament sponsors ask that you refrain from entering this area unless you have business to conduct with players prior to the first round of competition. Displays will not be permitted in the locker room. Amenities (food, beverages, telephone service, etc.) provided by the tournament sponsor in the locker room and/or player hospitality area are for the players and their immediate family only.

4. PRE-REGISTRATION

Pre-Registration is required for any events on the PGA TOUR that you will be attending. You must register online at: playersupport.pgatourhq.com

5. APPEARANCE

Apparel Representatives must present a neat appearance while on club property. Khaki-style long pants and a collared shirt are appropriate. T-shirts, jeans, shorts, cut-off shorts and cargo-style shorts are not permitted.

6. OTHER ACCESS

Preferred parking designated by the tournament sponsor on a space available basis (normally Monday - Wednesday).

PGA TOUR reserves the right to revoke the badges of any or all persons authorized by the company pursuant to this credential application and cancel all privileges connected there with at any time after issuance.

Replacement cost for this credential will be $200.00.
