For those doing business as a player manager, agent or representative (a “Player Manager”), access to a PGA TOUR, Korn Ferry Tour, or PGA TOUR Champions, competition (a “PGA TOUR Event”) requires a properly issued Player Manager credential. Credentials will not be issued to managers of only PGA TOUR Latinoamérica or Forme Tour players. In order to receive a credential, the attached Player Manager Application must be completed and submitted to the PGA TOUR. The PGA TOUR reserves the right to deny any credential application.
Further, the PGA TOUR may limit the number of credentials issued to player representation entities based on the number of exempt/active PGA TOUR, Korn Ferry Tour and/or PGA TOUR Champions players under contract with the individual and/or entity. In lieu of issuing a Player Manager credential, the PGA TOUR may issue a non-transferable Clubhouse badge to an applicant. A Financial/Wealth Management Adviser or Marketing Representative from an agency may be eligible for a clubhouse credential upon written player approval.
Players will verify their working relationship with a Player Manager through the Membership Renewal process
In the event a Player Manager Credential or Clubhouse badge is lost, the replacement cost is $200.00.
Player Manager Credential may include the following Access Areas as Determined by PGA TOUR:
* “M” provides media center access, but does not entitle credential holder to workspace in the media center, media parking or media dining
NOTE: PGA TOUR Events are not required to provide Player Manager access to the Player / Family Dining areas. However, at its discretion, a PGA TOUR Event may allow individuals with a Player Manager credential to meet with his/her client(s) in Player / Family dining. The Player Manager must be accompanied by the player while in Player/Family Dining. An individual with a Clubhouse badge is not allowed access to Player / Family Dining.
Social Media Guidelines

For clarity, any content captured by a Player Manager on site at a PGA TOUR Event under this credential may be distributed only through the social media accounts of the players he or she represents, and not through his or her own social media accounts or through third parties. A Player Manager may not capture and/or distribute any video, audio, or photograph on site at a tournament throughout tournament week (including on practice days) for commercial use without written permission from the PGA TOUR.
