1. ELIGIBILITY

Physical therapists, trainers, chiropractors, nutritionists, and sports psychologists credentials will be issued to recognized and accredited physical therapists, trainers, chiropractors, nutritionists and sports psychologists at the request of 2022-2023 exempt PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions, and Korn Ferry Tour members.

Note: Exempt players are considered as follows: Tournament winners and Special Exemption categories through the Top Finishers from the Korn Ferry Tour Prior Season category (PGA TOUR).

To be eligible, physical therapists, trainers, chiropractors, nutritionists, and sports psychologists must present proof of insurance and certifications, qualifications, and/or licensing to the satisfaction of the PGA TOUR.

2. ACCESS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

Accredited physical therapists, trainers, chiropractors, nutritionists and sports psychologists with credentials may have access to the following areas at PGA TOUR co-sponsored or approved tournaments only where the player is a contestant, as approved by PGA TOUR:

NOTE: This credential does NOT provide access to Player/Family Dining areas.Amenities (food, beverages and telephone service) provided by the tournament sponsor in the player hospitality area are for the players and their immediate family members only.

3. APPEARANCE

Physical therapists, trainers, chiropractors, nutritionists and sports psychologists must present a neat appearance while on club property. Khaki-style long pants or shorts and a collared shirt are appropriate. T-shirts, jeans, cut-off shorts and cargo-style shorts are not permitted. Individuals shall not engage in conduct unbecoming their profession, as determined in the sole discretion of the PGA TOUR.

PGA TOUR reserves the right to revoke this badge and cancel all privileges connected therewith at any time after issuance.

You are subject to the PGA TOUR Integrity Program as a “Covered Person.” The Integrity Program, among other things: prohibits each Covered Person from betting on a PGA TOUR tournament and providing inside information to third parties for betting on a PGA TOUR tournament; and requires each Covered Person to report any violation of the Integrity Program to the PGA TOUR. A violation of the Integrity Program by a Covered Person may result in the revocation of credentials to access PGA TOUR tournaments, among other consequences. Personal information collected from you will be used by PGA TOUR for the purpose of administering the tournaments on the tours operated and/or sanctioned by PGA TOUR, providing player support, and providing you with information relating to products, services, news and promotions of PGA TOUR and affiliates of PGA TOUR. PGA TOUR shall not sell, share or otherwise disclose your personal information of applicants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by PGA TOUR to fulfill the above purposes or as otherwise consented to by the applicant.
